Terms and Conditions for Anzacash Pro Business

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Anzacash Pro Business mobile application (the "Service") operated by Anzaleo Company Limited ("Anzaleo," "we," "us," or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Account Registration and Responsibilities

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms and may lead to immediate termination of your account.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Sharing your password with third parties is strictly prohibited. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

2. Network and Affiliate Marketing

Anzacash Pro Business supports Network Marketing (MLM) and Affiliate Marketing, allowing users to earn income by promoting products and services within the app.

Affiliate Program: Users (“Affiliates”) earn commissions by referring and selling products/services via unique affiliate links. Each product’s commission structure is listed within the app.
Network Marketing: Users may also earn based on the sales generated by their direct recruits ("downline"). Details, including levels, bonuses, and payout rules, are available in the in-app compensation plan.
Commission Payouts: Payments will follow the schedule and thresholds provided within the application. It is your responsibility to submit correct payment details.
No Earning Guarantees: Your success depends on your effort, strategy, and market conditions. We do not guarantee any income level.
Compliance: All users must comply with applicable regulations regarding advertising, income claims, and marketing ethics. Misleading practices are prohibited.

3. E-commerce Marketplace

Anzacash Pro Business provides a marketplace where vendors and customers interact directly.

Product Listings: Vendors are solely responsible for the legality, quality, and accuracy of their listings. Anzacash Pro Business is not liable for vendor-related issues.
Purchases: Buying a product or service via the platform establishes a direct contract between the buyer and vendor. We are facilitators—not sellers.
Payments: Transactions are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. We do not store full card details.
Returns & Refunds: These policies are set by individual vendors. Review their terms before purchasing. Anzacash Pro Business does not process vendor returns.
Disputes: Buyers should resolve issues directly with vendors. We may assist in mediation but are not obligated to intervene.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and technology provided by the Service (excluding user-generated content) are the property of Anzaleo Company Limited and its licensors.

You may not use our trademarks or brand assets without prior written consent.

5. Third-Party Links

Our Service may contain links to external websites not operated by us. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

You acknowledge that Anzaleo is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of such third-party sites. We encourage you to read their terms and privacy policies.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anzaleo Company Limited and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from:

Your access or inability to access the Service
Unauthorized access or use of your data
Any conduct or content of third parties on the platform

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee:

Continuous or secure access to the platform
That the Service will be error-free or corrected
That content or features will meet your expectations

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania, without regard to conflict of law rules. If any provision is found invalid, the rest will remain in full effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Anzaleo regarding the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via the platform or email.

By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
